The Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery
"While I'll be sorry to see Irene Hardwicke Olivieri's exhibition leave, I can't wait to see what our amazing Cuesta art students submit for the Annual Juried Student Exhibition opening on April 14th!"
-Emma Saperstein, Gallery Coordinator
The Harold J Miossi Art Gallery is a gallery space presenting temporary exhibitions of contemporary art that show
new and challenging work from national and international artists. We strive to be
a collaborative and comprehensive program that engages our students and the public
in exhibition, education and public art - fostering cross-disciplinary engagement
and a deepened and diverse cultural understanding. We work to present our program
in a unique and welcoming environment in which visitors can experience the work in
an explorative and supportive community.
The Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery, Room 7170, is located on Highway 1, halfway between San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay in the courtyard of the Cultural and Performing Arts Center. Admission to the gallery is free. You will find a map of the SLO Campus under "Directions and Hours".
Gallery Hours: The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 11:00am-4:00pm and the first and third Saturdays from 12:00pm-4:00pm during our exhibitions.
